Job Description:
The Onondaga Community College Music Program is searching for an adjunct director of choirs, to begin August 2024. Qualified applicants must have a master’s degree in music, choral conducting is preferred; demonstrated excellence in choral conducting and repertoire, including contemporary music, vocal jazz, and musical theatre. Duties and Responsibilities will include conducting the choirs and preparing and presenting formal concerts throughout the academic year both on and off campus.
Additional Information:
Start date will be August 26, 2024 for fall semester. Candidate selected will be required to submit official transcripts at time of hire and will be subject to a post-offer background check.
Salary is $1,371 per credit hour (23/24 rate, 24/25 not yet available).
