This course will look at how equity and inclusion work dictate the work of a musician as a performer, teacher, and leader of a music organization. The class will be divided into 3 sections – Performer, Teacher, Leader, while investigating closely how those roles may shift and how that should inform decision-making and implementation of equity and inclusion efforts.
