The Institute for Music Leadership creates career and leadership opportunities for musicians on and off the stage. With one of the first arts administration programs in North America, the IML offers several different funding options for current students, alumni, faculty & staff, as well as the Paul R. Judy Grant which accepts applicants in the fall who may not have Eastman affiliation. These grants fund activities such as research, performance and engagement projects, professional development, and more!
