Eastman Departmental Residency and Colloquium Grant

The Eastman Departmental Residency and Colloquium Grant offers funding for activities that support of the IML’s mission within the school. The Institute for Music Leadership creates career and leadership development opportunities for musicians on and off the stage. These funds support collaboration between the IML and other Eastman departments to bring in external guests for presentations, panels, and other relevant experiences. Communication and collaboration between the applying department and IML is expected before, during, and after the event to receive granted funds.

Before submitting this form, please schedule a meeting with Jeff Dunn if you have not done so already.

The information you will need to complete this form includes: Name and information of guest(s), description and timeframe for the event, description of how the event aligns with the IML mission, selected IML Learning Outcomes, draft budget, and the intended audience. Please note: The chair of your department must be in agreement that this is how they would like to utilize their allotted department funds for this academic year.
