Bio:

Rachel is an experienced, people-oriented problem solver with a passion for cultivating healthy organizational cultures and robust employee training programs. After over five years working in nonprofit space, she is currently working at KPMG in Learning and Development while pursuing an M.A. in Social-Organizational Psychology at Columbia University.
