Bio:

Prior to taking up his new role at Fulbright NZ, Paul spent over a decade at Victoria University of Wellington holding several administrative positions, including Senior Admission and Enrollment Adviser and tenures at the New Zealand School of Music as School Manager and Academic Manager. Prior to moving to NZ in 2011, he was an A&R Coordinator at Decca Records (UMG) in New York for 7 years, contributing to dozens of recording projects for top artists, film soundtracks and Broadway cast recordings. Throughout his career, Paul has remained an active performer, holding principal double bass positions in orchestras in the US and NZ and performing in numerous chamber ensembles. He is currently Section Principal double bass of Orchestra Wellington (NZ), is a member of its Board of Directors, and performs regularly with the New Zealand Symphony and Auckland Philharmonia orchestras. He is married to the acclaimed cellist, Inbal Megiddo, and they have two amazing sons, Adam and Nathan.
