Bio:

Natalie Spehar is an electric and acoustic cellist, writer, arranger and creative educator. Natalie has performed with artists including Disturbed, Cage the Elephant, 2 Cellos, Josh Groban, Sarah Brightman, Dessa, Amy Grant and Michael W. Smith, and more. Natalie is a composer and studio recording artist, working with Starbucks artist Jesse Thomas, Red Parade Music and RCA Records. Her playing appears in the soundtrack for the motion picture Decoding Annie Parker, the television documentary Through the Eye of the Needle and the award-winning animated short film Test Anxiety, for which Natalie composed and recorded the original score. Natalie is a graduate of Eastman School of Music and the University of Maryland. Natalie has served as an adjunct faculty member at Mount St Mary’s University. Her “ALT-C” Alternative-genre private lesson and workshop options are available online worldwide. Natalie works with Young Audiences, Inc. and Music 4 Life, Annapolis Young Artists Program, ArtReach, and the National MacDowell Music Club.
