Bio:

Gary Roebuck currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Open Technology Fund, a Congressionally authorized non-profit organization committed to advancing global Internet freedom. For over two decades he has enjoyed a varied career in nonprofit management spanning the domains of finance, IT, HR, and fundraising within arts, environmental, and member-driven organizations. Eastman’s ALP was key in preparing him for his early post-undergraduate roles in fundraising at the Grant Park Music Festival and as Director of Operations at the Merit School of Music in Chicago. He remains active in arts administration through his service as a trustee and secretary of the board of the Cathedral Choral Society in Washington DC. In addition to earning his Bachelor’s degree in vocal performance at Eastman, he earned Masters’ degrees in information systems at DePaul University and public administration at the University of Baltimore.
