The Classical:NEXT Conference is the largest international event for classical and art music professionals, offering a unique opportunity to broaden your global network. This year’s event will take place in Budapest, Hungary, where it will consist of three main sections: the Expo, the Conference, and the Showcases. The expo is the main space to network, the conference offers practical and tailored advice, while the showcases are presenting innovative artists and initiatives from around the world. Many groups will send representatives, such as the Belgian HERMESensemble specializing in interdisciplinarity and contemporary music or Third Coast Percussion from Chicago. Apart from ensembles, representatives will be there from orchestras, performance venues, management bureaus, and more.
