Minimum Qualifications:

Qualifications

At least two years of experience in a support, program administration, grantmaking, nonprofit, or other externally facing role requiring high-quality and responsive service to applicants, grantees, partners, or other constituents.
Must be able to overlap work during Eastern Time business hours.
Willingness to flex hours to accommodate peak work periods, like panel meetings noted above.
Enthusiasm and alignment with Chorus America’s mission and values; commitment to access, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Knowledge and appreciation of choral music.
A skilled and advanced user of Microsoft Office 365, virtual meeting conferencing, and other tech-based applications necessary for remote work.
Attention to detail and a creative and positive approach to problem-solving.
Independent work ethic, strong time management, and organizational skills.
Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
Experience and enthusiasm for building efficient systems with a strong orientation towards utilizing technology to improve effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting philanthropy, grantmaking, regranting, or a related nonprofit program.
Demonstrated experience with SurveyMonkey Apply or similar grants management software.
Demonstrated experience with project management software (Monday.com, Asana, etc.).
Proficiency in Spanish is beneficial but not required.
