The professional development opportunity that I am pursuing is the Virginia Suzuki Institute’s Unit 1 Cello Teacher Workshop. This course goes over “Pre-Twinkle” activities, as well as teaching setup, proper posture, ear training, tone production, involving parents, and Book 1 repertoire.
