Bio:

Katrina (Leshan) Potts is a versatile professional with a background in both music and business. Born in Michigan and raised in Las Vegas, Katrina developed a passion for music at a young age and went on to earn a Bachelor of Music Performance with Honors from Southern Methodist University in Dallas and a Master’s Degree and Arts Leadership Certificate from the Eastman School of Music. Throughout her career, Katrina has held various positions in the nonprofit and tech sectors, including roles in customer success, project management, learning and development, and enablement. She currently works at TELUS where she focuses on improving the internal team member experience and strategy. Outside of work, Katrina enjoys living in Toronto with her husband and dog. She also has a passion for running, recently completing the Boston Marathon.
