Entrepreneurs in Music — and Don’t Forget about Mozart!

My advice to college kids is to get more practice in! You will never find yourself in a position where you have so many opportunities to hone your skills on a daily basis.
Work to establish a reputation for excellence on your instrument and an even better reputation for professionalism. Learn as much as you can about music: how it works, why it works, and how to fit into the picture.
