Resources for Performance Anxiety

Many musicians struggle with varying degrees of performance anxiety. If you do, you are not alone. Much has been written on the topic, and fortunately there are a lot of resources out there to help. It takes time to explore the information and strategies that are out there, but if it helps you become a more comfortable, relaxed, and confident performer, isn’t that worth it?
