Looking Ahead, and Looking Back

As the end of the year draws closer, now is a great time to look back at 2016.  Did you achieve the goals you set out for yourself? For your organization? What were the highlights of 2016? What were the challenges? It is always a great idea to take some time and simply reflect on the year and everything that happened.  Chances are you will think – “Wow, we did all that in 2016?”

Take stock of all the good and bad and then start looking forward. How can you build on the successes of the year, learn from the challenges you faced, and create new and exciting opportunities? Look ahead to a year from now – the end of 2017.  What do you want to be saying at that point about 2017? How can you make those things happen next year? Look ahead, dream a little, and set some goals.  Onward!
