Opportunity for Ensembles: Carnegie Hall’s “Ensemble Connect” Audience Engagement Institute

Are you part of a chamber ensemble with 3-6 members? Are you interested in strengthening your audience engagement skills? Consider applying for Carnegie Hall’s Ensemble Connect (formerly known as Ensemble ACJW). This is a tuition-free, eight-day series of intensive workshops with arts professionals held June 8-15, 2017 at Carnegie Hall in New York City. Deadline to apply: April 15, 2017.

On the program web page, it says that over the course of the week, your ensemble will

• articulate a mission statement and strengthen its professional portfolio
• design, script, and perform an interactive concert for a school and community audience
• explore strategies for building a dynamic concert experience
