I came across it a couple of years ago and have shared it with many people, who always seem to benefit from the fresh perspectives included in the pages of this ebook. The book was written by choreographer Andrew Simonet, and his advice is completely applicable to musicians and our careers. He has a way of framing our careers and our challenges that is really fascinating, and he turns some of our traditional thinking upside down. Here are the chapter titles: The role of the artist, Our punishing lives, Our skills, Planning, Mission, Money, Time, Principles. Highly recommended and worth the read.
