In addition, events that meet the following guidelines also receive a higher priority:

The IML schedules the majority of IML sponsored events and guest presentations for the upcoming academic year at our organizational meetings in the summer.
- Requests received by July 1 for the next academic year are more likely to receive support
- Requests for matching funds submitted during the academic year are also periodically reviewed
- Matching funds up to $500 are available until all funds are committed
