Presenter: Aleksandar Nikolic, Esq.
Aleksandar Nikolic is an attorney and adviser, admitted to practice law in New York and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Aleksandar has worked with a diverse group of clients including startups and small businesses, research institutions, and publicly traded companies to help them obtain, protect, and commercialize their intellectual assets. His practice includes all aspects of patent, trademark, copyright law and includes advising businesses on licensing and corporate law matters. Prior to practicing law, Aleksandar spent several years working with software and robotics related to microchip manufacturing. Aleksandar is on the Board of the Rochester Intellectual Property Law Association and he is the Chair of the Monroe County Bar Association Technology and Law Committee
