Eastman Leadership Bootcamp: for Advancing Leaders
June 24-28, 2024 | Virtual

Through this intensive series of interactive workshops and case studies, you will gain a unique set of skills, techniques, and knowledge that will enhance your career and grow as a leader.  Each session is led by an expert in the field of Finance, Fundraising, Legal, DE&I, and Leadership. 
Apply by March 1 for Bootcamp scholarships; final application deadline is May 15, 2024.

Eastman Leadership Conference: for Deans, Department Chairs, and Faculty
June 12-15, 2024 | Rochester, NY

Enhance your leadership effectiveness and develop new perspectives, skills, and tools to successfully lead and manage your school, department, faculty, and students in today’s modern music school landscape.  The Conference will help you gain the expertise necessary to navigate opportunities and challenges facing today’s music schools. 
Early bird registration deadline is March 1, final registration deadline is May 1, 2024.
